Enjoy a holistic movement and mindfulness meditation class. We will flow with yoga asanas, incorporate breath work, Pilates stability exercises, and conclude class with a mindfulness meditation to awaken a compassionate heart.

You are able to cancel or reschedule your booking in your Yoga Changes client account as late as 1 hour prior to the start of class. No refund will be issued for no shows.
