Service Description
This class is a the perfect balance between movement and stillness. Expect a gentle Vinyasa flow—linking breath to movement to awaken the body, build heat, and release tension. Then, we transition into longer-held Yin postures designed to stretch the deeper connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and invite deep rest. This class is ideal for all levels and offers the best of both worlds: the energizing benefits of flow and the deeply nourishing effects of stillness. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, restored, and more connected to your breath, body, and inner calm.
