At Yoga Changes, we are proud to be the home of many beloved Yoga Works teachers who have brought their expertise, passion, and dedication to our studio. A year and a half ago, we embarked on the journey of Yoga Changes, opening the door to a community-centered yoga studio. The success we've achieved is a testament to our extraordinary teachers and the communities unwavering support.

NEW CLASSES

FRIDAY NIGHT

UNWIND SERIES

Join Lee Wolfort each Friday night at 6pm for a different Friday night Unwind class incorporating unique modalities to support the release of tension in the body and mind.

Pranayama + Yin
 

In this class soothing breathing techniques are woven into Yin yoga poses bringing more space and ease to the joints.

 

Together, you’ll find more space in your body for your breath to expand and feel at ease.

1st Friday of the month
Restorative 
w/ Aromatherapy

Indulge in a deeply restorative yoga class incorporating the healing benefits of aromatherapy.

 

The postures are gentle and supported by props, allowing your body to fully relax and let go of any stress or tension.

2nd Friday of the month
Slow Down Flow
w/ Sound

Experience a calming session with gentle movements both on the mat and standing, designed to ease tension in your shoulders, spine, and hips after a long week.

 

Let the soothing live keyboard music guide you towards balance and harmony within.

3rd Friday of the month
Yoga Nidra
Meditation

Imagine a place between waking and dreaming; this is Yoga Nidra, the yogi who sleeps.  We’ll start with gentle postures, soothing the physical body, then get cozy on your mat and be guided on a journey to your deepest state of relaxation and healing.

 

This practice helps to achieve better sleep, improve focus, and reduce stress.
