Imagine a place between waking and dreaming; this is Yoga Nidra, the yogi who sleeps. We’ll start with gentle postures, soothing the physical body, then get cozy on your mat and be guided on a journey to your deepest state of relaxation and healing.
This practice helps to achieve better sleep, improve focus, and reduce stress.
