Our class list includes a range of levels and techniques and are taught by many Yoga Works senior teachers. We pride ourselves in offering classes that are both dynamic and meditative, letting you move your body as well as quiet your mind.

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle Yoga provides a full range of movement, just a little slower and easier. This class is suitable for all ages, suitable for students with injuries or conditions, beginners, or anyone who simply wants a more relaxing class to de-stress.

MINDFUL VINYASA FLOW

This class is a dynamic practice that links individual poses or “asanas” with breaths in a series of flowing sequences of movement. The practice always includes  sun salutations, standing poses, and core work.

Discover the perfect blend of relaxation and restoration in this Yin Yoga and Sound Healing class. Through long-held, passive poses, Yin Yoga gently stretches the deep connective tissues, releasing tension and cultivating stillness in both body and mind. As you settle into each posture, soothing sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, or other instruments will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and balance.This class is ideal for anyone seeking to unwind, reset, and connect with a sense of inner peace.

VINYASA INTERMEDIATE

This fun flowing level 2 class will provide an opportunity for experienced students to deepen their practice by learning how to transition more intelligently between postures as well as how to approach more advanced poses like inversions and arm balances, if desired.
