Classes We Offer
Our class list includes a range of levels and techniques and are taught by many Yoga Works senior teachers. We pride ourselves in offering classes that are both dynamic and meditative, letting you move your body as well as quiet your mind.


GENTLE YOGA
Gentle Yoga provides a full range of movement, just a little slower and easier. This class is suitable for all ages, suitable for students with injuries or conditions, beginners, or anyone who simply wants a more relaxing class to de-stress.


VINYASA ALL LEVELS
This class is a dynamic practice that links individual poses or “asanas” with breaths in a series of flowing sequences of movement. The practice always includes sun salutations, standing poses, and core work.

CORE & RESTORE
Strengthen from the center and unwind deeply. This class begins with core-focused movement to build stability, support your spine, and energize your body. Then we transition into restorative postures, breathwork, and stillness to calm the nervous system and promote deep release. A perfect balance of effort and ease, Core & Restore leaves you feeling strong, supported, and renewed.


THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Therapeutic yoga classes are gentle and include yoga poses modified to individual's needs, gentle movement sequences to help improve the body's movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation.


VINYASA | LEVEL 2
This fun flowing level 2 class will provide an opportunity for experienced students to deepen their practice by learning how to transition more intelligently between postures as well as how to approach more advanced poses like inversions and arm balances, if desired.

YIN YOGA
A slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. In Yin Yoga, poses are held for several minutes, allowing time to soften, release tension, and increase flexibility. With an emphasis on stillness and breath, this class offers a grounding experience that calms the mind, opens the body, and supports inner awareness. Suitable for all levels—no prior yoga experience needed.

SO’HAM
This class offers a deeply purifying experience designed to clear both physical and mental stagnation. By blending flowing energy with the steady precision of traditional Hatha, the practice works to tone the nervous system and clear the subtle channels of the body.
We move through dynamic vinyasas, foundational postures, long holds and deep spinal activations in all five directions for complete energetic purification.
LEVEL 2 CLASS

RESTORATIVE
This deeply calming class invites you to slow down and truly rest.
Through fully supported, long-held postures and gentle breathwork (pranayama), you’ll help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and soften both body and mind.


HATHA/NIDRA
Sunday Unwind, a 90-minute sanctuary designed to reset your system for the days ahead. We begin with 60 minutes of grounding Hatha yoga, utilizing steady postures and mindful breathwork to release physical tension and build gentle strength. The experience concludes with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a guided "yogic sleep" that leads the mind into a state of profound, restorative stillness.
