At Yoga Changes, a welcoming yoga studio in Santa Monica, we’re proud to be the home of many beloved former YogaWorks teachers—instructors known for their deep experience, heartfelt teaching, and decades of dedication to the practice. These highly respected teachers bring their passion and expertise to every class, helping us build one of the most trusted yoga communities on the Westside.

 

Since opening just three years ago, Yoga Changes has become a local hub for high-quality yoga classes in Santa Monica, offering a nurturing space for students of all levels—from complete beginners to longtime practitioners. Whether you're joining us in studio or online, you’ll find classes that support your growth and well-being.

 

As a teacher-run yoga studio, we offer something for everyone—Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Gentle Yoga, Roller Yoga, Sound Healing, and more.

 

What started as a dream to create a community-centered yoga home has become a vibrant space where new students feel seen and seasoned yogis stay inspired.

SUNDAY NIGHT UNWIND W/ NICH 

SUNDAY 5:00-6:30 PM

End your weekend with intention and ease.

This 90-minute Sunday Unwind class begins with 60 minutes of grounding Hatha yoga, moving through steady, accessible postures and mindful breathwork to release tension, build gentle strength, and reset your body after the week.
We then transition into 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation practiced lying comfortably at rest. Often called “yogic sleep,” Nidra helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring the body and mind into profound relaxation.
