We have returned to the heart of the practice: a sanctuary where lineage, community, and spirit come first.

The Wisdom of Experience: Our studio was founded by senior, legacy YogaWorks teachers who helped shape the Santa Monica yoga community, and every single teacher on our schedule brings decades of deep study and teaching experience to the mat. We honor a shared lineage of anatomical precision, depth, and safety. No matter whose class you take, you are under the guidance of a seasoned expert.

 

Accessible to Every Body: From foundational classes perfect for yoga beginners to deep, seasoned practices, we believe a supportive environment is essential. This is a space where your practice can evolve safely at your own pace.

Lindsay Berman is the Co-Founder of Inhale For Om Yoga Retreats and an E-RYT 500+ teacher with over two decades of practice. She trained extensively in Thailand, Bali, and India in vinyasa, hatha, pranayama, and yogic philosophy. Lindsay has led over 30 international retreats and runs a 200-hour teacher training school. Her classes integrate philosophy, mantra, meditation, breathwork, and movement to help students connect deeply with their inner wisdom and bliss

We begin with a soulful, fluid vinyasa flow infused with crisp alignment and a touch of Jivamukti magic—using deep breath and intentional movement to release the week's stress.

 

Then, we shift gears completely, melting into deeply comforting, prop-supported restorative postures to quiet the mind and settle the nervous system into pure bliss.
