Service Description

This 90-minute Sunday Unwind class begins with 60 minutes of grounding Hatha yoga, moving through steady, accessible postures and mindful breathwork to release tension, build gentle strength, and reset your body after the week. We then transition into 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation practiced lying comfortably at rest. Often called “yogic sleep,” Nidra helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring the body and mind into profound relaxation. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to enter the new week feeling centered and restored.
