Service Description

Traditionally known as Yoga Nidra, the art of conscious rest—a guided meditation journey that invites your body to soften and your mind to settle into a deeply restorative state of mind. Practiced lying down, it systematically moves your awareness through breath and body to shift the nervous system into profound relaxation and penetrates into the subconscious for repair. Once in the relaxed state, imagery, mindful attention and sense exploration reprogram the mind body, which can reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore emotional balance. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply at ease. Designed to be practiced directly after Mindful Hatha for maximum results. *Please note: this class begins in silence for students already in savasana from the previous class. Please aim to arrive on time for a seamless crossover.*
