Service Description

Slow mindful gentle practice designed to stretch and release tension from tight muscles and tendons, increase flexibility and soothe the nervous system. Class is done mainly on the mat with some standing poses, and ends with a restorative pose and guided sound meditation. All levels welcome, great for beginner’s and anyone wanting to slow down.
