Breathwork offers a simple yet powerful way to release stress through focused exhaling. Feeling overwhelmed with family responsibilities, exhausted from work, or struggling with insomnia? If so, we invite you to join us for a 60-minute group Breathwork and Deep Relaxation Meditation session. Ryan is not only an environmentalist but also a certified Breathwork teacher, Yoga Nidra teacher, and meditation instructor. You might recognize him from his book, "The Influencer Economy," and his podcast, "Breathwork with Ryan."
